Gluten free since 2008, I have taught cooking classes, meal prepped for busy families in both Napa Valley and Fort Worth, Texas and been growing a community of busy moms who are interested in eating healthfully for almost two decades. I firmly believe when you change your food, you change your life so it’s my joy to help you get healthy, unprocessed meals on the table FAST!


Besides writing recipes for my website, I have written for LiveStrong and Ehow as a food expert. And fun fact...I was once interviewed by Al Roker while cooking and being observed by Food Network celebrity chefs at Bryant Park in NYC...aahh, good times with food!

Nope! They are simple well-rounded meal plans that focus on real food. If you choose to eat gluten, that's totally fine. You can sub in your favorite regular pasta for gluten free or use a bun if we're making burgers.

Can Real Food Sanity Meal Plans Help Me Lose Weight?

I’ve worked with multiple clients who lost weight simply by switching to a real food diet. If you have been eating lots of sugar and processed grains, it’s highly likely you will see a shift when eating like you will with these meal plans since they focus on proteins veggies and healthy fats.

Kid Friendly?

Yes! I’ve taught this exact component meal prep method to private clients. The kids loved it because everything wasn’t mixed together and the moms loved it because they didn’t have to make separate meals for the kids.

What Other Diets Will These Meal Plans Accomodate

Dairy free since I don’t write recipes with dairy as a main ingredient. And because I am primarily using whole, unprocessed real foods, these meals will accommodate Paleo and Whole30 lifestyles. Where possible I will give appropriate subs for all of these diets.
