Since 2004, I have taught cooking classes, meal prepped for busy families in both Napa Valley and Fort Worth, Texas and have grown a community of busy moms who are interested in eating healthfully. I firmly believe when you change your food, you change your life so it’s my joy to help you get healthy, unprocessed meals on the table FAST! Everything I create is gluten-, dairy- and soy-free (although you can certainly use gluten and dairy-filled counterparts) so even with food sensitivities, you’re safe.
Besides writing recipes for my website, I have written for LiveStrong and Ehow as a food expert. And fun fact...once I was interviewed by Al Roker and a panel of Food Network celebrity chefs all while cooking in a grilling competition at Bryant Park, NYC...the stress of cooking is real.

Do I have to eat
Gluten Free?
Nope! They are simple well-rounded meal plans that focus on real food. If you choose to eat gluten, that's totally fine. You can sub in your favorite regular pasta for gluten free or use a bun if we're making burgers.

Can Real Food Sanity Meal Plans Help Me Lose Weight?
I’ve worked with multiple clients who lost weight simply by switching to a real food diet. If you have been eating lots of sugar and processed grains, it’s highly likely you will see a shift when eating like you will with these meal plans since they focus on proteins veggies and healthy fats.

Kid Friendly?
Yes! I’ve taught this exact component meal prep method to private clients. The kids loved it because everything wasn’t mixed together and the moms loved it because they didn’t have to make separate meals for the kids.

Do I Have to Meal Prep
No. I have many members who find the act of cooking each night a soothing segway from workday to family time. The recipes are written with this in mind so you can cook from scratch each night if you don’t want or don’t have time to meal prep each week.
